We had the pleasure of meeting up with Leslie, Steven, Connor, Jeff, Jackie, and Ben in Branson, Missouri, for a long weekend in early August. We visited the Titanic exhibit. It was wonderful to spend time with the grandsons, our kids and their spouses, and just have fun.

In addition to the Titanic, we visited the Fantastic Caverns just outside Springfield. The cavern is so large that you ride a multi-car tram through because walking would wear out even the most energetic of us.

We went to the Dixie Stampede and watched the “dog and pony” show—yes, there were dogs doing tricks and horses being horses with cowboys, cowgirls, and trick riders. Connor enjoyed eating his dinner with his hands.
